Thanks for the interest in the free body & mind blueprint.  

It's the foundation (template) of the men's small group program that runs here in Swindon. The blueprint is aimed at busy stressed men who want to level up physically, mentally, and emotionally for that better balanced happier healthier lifestyle all without hours of exercise, gyms, diets, and expensive supplements.  

From experience, a lot of men have little or no time for their family/friends let alone time for hours spent in the gym.  

You don't have to be a tired stressed out man (from experience a lot are, as I was so I get it) perhaps you just want a bit more or fed up of that 'is this all there is left to look forward to' feeling?  

A lot of men's unhappiness is usually down to no sense of purpose (also from experience) if you are just 'drifting' from one mundane day to the next, then no wonder you feel this way and probably then look to 'sedate' to make yourself feel a bit better? 

It's also no coincidence why depression is 'huge' amongst men (for another day)  

The simple 'F5' mindset system we use (that take a minimum of 5 mins daily) that I have devised following years of experience, research, study, investment, and failure, it covers all areas of life and it works on a simple point scoring system, but this blueprint will help you get started for the next 2 weeks  

F - Focus The first thing to consider is 'purpose' that way you can find your clarity on what is it you want and why?  

You can then focus on going about having a plan to achieve it.  

This is also why we have a morning routine (again, even if for 5 mins) that is about setting yourself up in creative mode for the day, not 'reactive mode'. 

Look to incorporate some 'quiet time' which may be just sitting quietly and being 'mindful' of your surroundings (being PRESENT) BEFORE you switch your phone on in the morning. We use meditation, there is a 1-minute meditation link in the playlist.  

Protect and build your confidence - List one DAILY win  

Fitness - Move everyday (follow the 14-day playlist)  

Family/Friends - Date your partner and kids individually Attempt to send out an appreciation message daily and see how this makes you feel as well as how relationships will improve  

Finance - Set daily, weekly, and monthly self-imposed deadlines (you now have a 14-day body/mind deadline) that you can meet. Have a cut off ritual to separate work from home  

Fun - Make a list of things that make you feel great and work through it, if you don't feel great you can't be great. And finally...Put yourself first < You're no good to ANYONE when you are tired, stressed, grouchy, distracted, and shitty
